Pin Mill Barge Race 29th June 2024

Another early start to the day.

We walked to Trimley Shore to watch the start of the Barge Race from Butterman’s Bay. Warm sun and the peaceful sounds of birds and distant river craft  could be heard before the barges slipped their moorings.Only one other person could be seen on the far end of the shore.

Perfect viewing conditions.
